These terms apply to all apps published at pjecuacion.github.io. By downloading or purchasing an app you agree to these terms.
1. License Types
Personal (Free). You may install and use the app on your own devices for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not use Personal builds to produce work for clients, employers, or any revenue-generating activity.
Pro. A paid one-time license grants you the right to use the app for commercial purposes. The Pro license is per-person (not per-seat or per-company). You may install it on machines you personally use. You may not sublicense, resell, or share an activated license with other individuals.
2. What You May Not Do
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software.
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software or your license key.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or license notices within the app.
- Use the software in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
3. Updates
A Pro license entitles you to all updates released for the major version you purchased. Future major-version upgrades may require a new purchase. Personal users receive free updates at your discretion to download them.
4. Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are granted at our discretion if the software does not work as described on the product page despite reasonable troubleshooting. Contact us via GitHub for support before raising a dispute.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from bugs. Use at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the software after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
